In these one-on-one sessions, I’ll support you as you navigate the challenges of parenting in today’s world. Together, we’ll focus on building your parenting skills, improving family communication, and creating a positive home environment. We’ll set clear goals and develop a step-by-step plan to reach them. Whether you’re facing behavioral challenges, co-parenting issues, or want to grow as a parent, these coaching sessions will give you the tools and confidence you need.

Empowered Parenting Program

This comprehensive program gives you the tools and knowledge to confidently navigate both the challenges and joys of parenting.

You’ll access evidence-based research and explore a wide range of topics, including proven strategies to build emotional intelligence in your children. During these interactive lessons, we'll go over practical techniques and resources to help you become a more confident parent and to better understand your children. 

• Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom (12 sessions total). 
• Two hours of supplementary coursework each week (optional)
• Access to a content platform where you will find weekly subjects, insightful videos, and an optional workbook to enhance your learning experience.
• Enjoy unlimited email support, with personal responses from me within 24 hours.
• Cost: $600 (or pay $200 monthly)
