Parent Coaching Sessions

The Individual Parent Coaching sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. I'll provide personalized guidance and support to help parents navigate the challenges of raising children in today’s world. These one-on-one sessions focus on enhancing parenting skills, improving communication, and fostering a positive family environment. We'll work together to identify specific goals and create an action plan to achieve them. Whether you're dealing with behavioral issues, co-parenting challenges, or simply want to be a more effective parent, our coaching sessions are designed to empower you with the tools and confidence you need.

Empowered Parenting Program

This comprehensive program is designed to empower you with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the challenges and joys of parenting, access data-based research and access a variety of topics including strategies to foster emotional intelligence with your children. The interactive content offers practical techniques and additional resources to become a more confident parent. 

  • Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom (12 sessions). 
  • Two hours of supplementary coursework each week (optional)
  • Access to a content platform where you will find weekly subjects, insightful videos, and an optional workbook to enhance your learning experience.
  • Unlimited parenting support via email is answered personally by me within 24 hours
  • Cost: $600 (or pay $200 monthly)

Contact me if you have a playgroup, school, company, or any other community you think could benefit from a free workshop introducing conscious parenting and coaching.
